Job summary

Ennismore in Dubai seeks an Architecture Executive to support interior design delivery and coordinate architectural design activities across project lifecycles. You will liaise with project leads, owners, and consultants to ensure brand standards and milestones are met, from programming through design development and construction.

The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ARCHITECTURE.
• 2-3 years of experience in architecture design.
• Exposure to hotel, resort, residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
• Understanding of project design stages from concept through construction documentation.
• Experience working with architectural consultants, developers or international design firms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and architectural documentation standards is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn within an international hospitality environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Overall Projects Interior Design delivery & execution responsibilities.
• Support the overall architectural design coordination in collaboration with the DTS Project Lead, owner representatives, and external consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a point of contact for architectural design matters from project kick-off through to project completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project requirements.
• Assist in reviewing architectural consultants' appointments.
• Coordinate day-to-day architectural design activities during programming, concept, schematic, and design development stages.
• Review architectural design submissions and provide feedback to ensure compliance with brand standards, operational requirements and project objectives.
• Assist in coordinating mock-up reviews and approvals where required.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants and stakeholders on key project elements, including F&B, wellness, public spaces, back-of-house areas and guest experience requirements.
• Monitor project design deliverables, ensuring timely submission and alignment with approved project milestones.
• Participate in site visits, progress meetings and design reviews during development and construction phases
• Prepare presentations for program committee’s approval and monthly / quarterly updates.
• Maintain projects opening dashboard.
