Overview

Due to continued growth in the region EOMAC are looking to add the right positive and enthusiastic candidate to their expanding team in the Dubai office.

EOMAC is internationally renowned as a market leader in acoustic treatments and fitout of leisure facilities, having completed projects in over 70 countries on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard!

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Completing takeoffs and estimates for pre and post-contracts.
• Compiling and altering shop drawings.
• Quantity Survey and preparation of as-built drawings.
• Providing reports and documents to the wider team for project execution.
• Inspecting and surveying projects with other professionals and clients at an early stage to agree a project brief.
• Work closely/coordinate with other professionals such as architects, quantity surveyors, project managers, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Develop detailed designs and methodologies for the construction stage.
• Co-ordination with internal project management team throughout the entire life cycle of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency 3D modeling, Autodesk Software and Adobe Software.
• Proficiency in Revit is a plus.
• Confident working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package.
• 3+ years experience in a similar role within an interior fit-out or joinery company.
• Conscientious work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
• Must be meticulously organised and have the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Good communicator.
• Team player.
• Skills to read and interpret architectural drawings/designs.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet customer needs.
