Job description

An exciting opportunity to work with a well-established international design practice in their Dubai office. Our clients are seeking an experienced Architectural Resident Engineer to manage a large-scale residential building project.

Responsibilities:

1. Assign resources to create a project team capable of completing the project effectively and efficiently.
2. Lead a team of specialized consultants to ensure the project's success.
3. Establish and implement a Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other relevant documents.
4. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely turnaround of project records.
5. Coordinate large projects with strong organizational skills.
6. Oversee, review, monitor, and report on project risk closure and progress.
7. Ensure final approval of works and coordinate handover with the client and occupier.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or civil engineering.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in mid- and high-rise residential building projects as a Resident Engineer.
3. Experience working in the Middle East is essential.
4. High-rise building experience is a must.
