Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector for our UAE-based Architectural Supervision Team in Dubai. You will conduct regular site inspections, verify drawings and specifications, and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality architectural works.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in site supervision, a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, and solid knowledge of construction methods and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural site supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing standards.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on progress, workmanship, and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and site activities.
