Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections of civil architectural projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
• Review architectural plans, drawings, and blueprints to identify discrepancies or issues.
• Monitor construction progress and workmanship quality, addressing deviations from plans or specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve issues during construction.
• Document inspection findings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
• Guide and support construction teams on best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Visit sites regularly to inspect ongoing work, ensuring adherence to schedules and standards.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to communicate updates, recommendations, and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience as a Civil Architectural Inspector or similar role in construction.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with inspection tools, equipment, and software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
