Job summary

Aspire is recruiting an Architectural Draftsman for a premium Retail Fit-Out and Joinery company in Dubai. The selected candidate will produce detailed shop drawings for high-end commercial interiors, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure accuracy. Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in the UAE or GCC are encouraged to apply. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Retail Fit-Out and Joinery within UAE or GCC.
• Proficient with strong drafting accuracy.
• Solid understanding of commercial interior specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings based on BOQ, tender drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with MEP and site Engineers for drawings.
• Prepare submission package for authority approval.

Architectural Draftsman- Interior & Joinery

Industry: Retail Fit-Out | High-End Joinery | Commercial Interiors

Location: Dubai, UAE

We at Aspire Middle East are hiring on behalf of a premium Retail Fit-Out & Joinery company in Dubai. We are looking for a Technical Designer / Architectural Drafts man with hands-on experience producing detailed shop drawings for high-end commercial interiors and bespoke joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ, tender drawings and specifications.
• Prepare detailed drawings for mainly joinery & interior fit out such as wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
• Coordinate with MEP and site Engineers to prepare the coordinated drawing.
• Co-ordination & preparation of interior fit-out detailed shop drawings as per site conditions.
• Preparing detailed drawing for production as per the approved shop drawing and coordinate with production team for accuracy of details
• Prepare Submission package for Authority approval and manage ongoing revisions and changes as per authority norms

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail Fit-Out and Joinery within the UAE or GCC region.
• Proficient in Auto CAD with strong drafting accuracy and knowledge of commercial interiors.
• Solid understanding of space planning, fit-out detailing, and commercial interior specifications
