Architectural Drafter

ACC is seeking a highly skilled Architecture Draftsman to produce detailed architectural drawings for our construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations based on architect specifications.
• Review and interpret architectural designs and specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Revise and update drawings as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and project-related documents.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and other technical documents.
• Conduct site visits to take measurements and verify existing conditions, as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 4-10 years of experience as an Architecture Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Preference for experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural drafting principles, construction methodologies, materials, and UAE building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and other relevant drafting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
