Summary

This role involves creating high-quality visualizations and animations that effectively

communicate design intent while upholding BEYOND’s branding standards and

commitment to providing luxurious, high-end services, reflecting the company’s

image as a leading developer in the ultra-luxury market.

The Role

1. Propose the master plan for BEYOND project and assist with any recommended updates.
2. Develop the floor plan in accordance with project guidelines, ensuring compliance with BEYOND’s standards and project’s guidelines directed by government authorities.
3. Collaborate with the Designers and consultant to assist in the design of the project's interior spaces.
4. Visualize and the sketches and concepts prepared by designers and submit for management approval.
5. Compile the final project plan and summary, incorporating all InDesign files and 3D visuals into a detailed presentation.
6. Create the project rendering plan, ensuring it reflects the project’s quality and USPs in compliance with BEYOND standards.
7. Assist the Development team in preparing presentations to key stakeholders through producing high quality animations using SketchUp and Lumion.
8. Implement any updates to layouts or designs in the drawings.
9. Generate final visuals for the projects to be presented to clients, based on the project plan and design.
10. Ensure all visuals adhere to BEYOND's high standards and effectively represent the brand.
11. Participate in design review meetings, providing visual feedback and suggestions to improve the overall project presentation.
12. Create visuals and presentations that can be used for marketing purposes, showcasing BEYOND projects to potential clients and investors.
13. Gather and incorporate feedback from Development, Marketing and Sales teams into visual outputs, ensuring that the final presentations align with their expectations.

Competencies:

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Graphic Interior Design or

equivalent

Average Years of Experience: 5 - 6 Years of experience in similar role in a real estate

development company / construction or design company

Soft Skills: Communication skills, multitasking, attention to details,

flexibility.

Technical skills: SketchUp, Lumion, Bray, Rhino, InDesign, Photoshop, Revit,

Illustrator
