We are seeking an Architectural Designer responsible for establishing preliminary ideas, gathering key information about potential projects, discussing requirements thoroughly with clients, and establishing project timelines.

• The interior designer should plan and organize the design of both industrial and residential interiors. Projects may include:
• Office and rental properties
• Retail locations, such as showrooms
• Residential developments
• Industrial showrooms and civic structures

Responsibilities include:

• Developing initial concepts and obtaining key details about potential projects.
• Discussing client needs in detail and setting project timelines.
• Understanding client requirements, creating design principles in consultation with clients, and developing final briefs.
• Researching and collecting information and images related to the project.
• Sourcing items such as fixtures, furniture, lighting, finishes, and decorations.
• Preparing detailed working drawings, layouts, plans, models, and blueprints, often using CAD, 3D Max, Revit, or Rhino software.
• Collaborating with other designers in a team environment.
• Staying updated with new developments in the design sector.
