Architectural Design Coordinator - Salary Up to 22,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical

Reporting into the Regional Design Manager, you will be based on this newly awarded New Build Mega Watt Data Center. This Main Contractor has been awarded this iconic project due to exceptional performance & safety. This will now be their 4th Mission Critical Data Center in the United Arab Emirates.

Our client is seeking an Architectural Design Coordinator with UAE Main Contractor experience and ideally exposure to at least 1 Data Center in the region. This is an exciting career move for a motivated individual.

Job Description

• Project is based in Abu Dhabi, where you will be site-based working within the Project Management team.
• You will have a dotted line into the Regional Design Manager based in Dubai.

You will need to form working relationships to achieve success both internally and externally. Be a team player, pulling in the right direction to achieve project success. Ensure all specs match building codes to secure client sign-off on site. Understand urgency, forward planning, and problem-solving. Help remove obstacles to ensure the project team and operations can meet key timeframes for handover.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience working for a reputable Buildings Main Contractor in the UAE as an Architectural Design Coordinator or Senior Design Coordinator
• Clear experience in Architectural, Interiors, and High-End Finishes
• Degree Qualified – ideally 4-5 years post-graduate experience
• Strong technical awareness and understanding of clients, rules, regulations, and supply chain in the UAE Construction Sector
• AutoCAD & BIM literacy
• MS Office & Excel proficiency
• Available to start before 14th July 2025
