Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai is seeking an Architectural Drafting professional to prepare detailed CAD drawings and support the design process under the guidance of senior architects.

The role requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD (and familiarity with Revit/SketchUp), attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on projects that comply with local building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp a plus.
• 1 year of experience in architectural drafting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Interpret and apply relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in drawings.
• Assist architects in the design process by drafting floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Modify drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and clients.
• Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Maintain organized records of drawing sets, revisions, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits when necessary to verify measurements and gather data.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and compliant with project specifications.
