Job summary

This role requires strong reading of architectural plans, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inspection

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in the buildings project.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Building Inspector or similar role.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and technical plans.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of building projects at various stages, documenting findings with precision.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, building codes, and UAE regulations.
• Analyze materials and workmanship to meet established quality standards.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain organized records of inspections and corrective actions.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate findings to project managers and contractors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Photograph and document construction progress for project records.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend corrective measures and verify implementation.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders regarding inspection outcomes.
