This role focuses on developing high-quality 3D architectural models, applying realistic textures and environmental lighting, and generating photorealistic visual renderings for client presentations and project design teams.

The position involves interpreting architectural schematics and CAD drawings, applying material finishes, leveraging AI-driven visualization software, and collaborating closely with architects and interior designers to deliver visual assets within project timelines.

Core Competencies

• Convert 2D architectural blueprints and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
• Produce high-resolution, photorealistic renderings for exterior and interior architectural presentations.
