Qualificações

• Proficient with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer or V-Ray.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior 3D Architectural Visualizer & Modelling Specialist with strong expertise in architectural and interior 3D modelling, custom furniture and joinery modelling, and ultra-photorealistic rendering. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design team to develop detailed 3D models and high-quality visualizations while accommodating ongoing design updates and revisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed architectural and interior 3D models from design drawings and references.
• Create custom furniture, joinery, reception counters, workstations, meeting tables, decorative elements, and other bespoke interior features.
• Produce high-quality photorealistic renders using advanced lighting, materials, and textures.
• Recreate furniture and design elements from reference images when ready-made models are unavailable.
• Continuously update models and visualizations in line with design revisions.
• Coordinate regularly with the design team and attend meetings when required.
• Maintain organized, editable project files and assets.
