Job Description:

Architect/Project Coordinator (UAE National)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure that all project deliverables, including architectural drawings and specifications, are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with architects to confirm that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee the quality of all project aspects, with a focus on integrating architectural standards and design integrity. Collaboration with architects will be key to ensuring that quality benchmarks are met and client expectations are exceeded.

• Responsible for regular project reports, incorporating updates from architects and other technical leads. These reports will reflect both the design progression and overall project performance.

• Work closely with all project stakeholders — including clients, consultants, and architects — ensuring their needs and expectations are understood, managed, and fulfilled.

• Provide guidance to the team working on the same project, including mentoring junior staff and coordinating efforts with architects. Your leadership will foster a collaborative, integrated, and productive work environment.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.

• Experience working on Infrastructure related projects is a plus.
