Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a seasoned Architect/Interior Designer to lead design development, translating client vision into coherent spaces from concept through construction documents.

You will coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors, produce detailed floor plans, elevations, sections and 3D models, and guide material finishes and procurement while respecting budget and timelines. Submissions to Abu Dhabi/Al Ain authorities will be managed in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Licensure or certification (e.g., NCARB, NCIDQ) valued.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in architecture/interior design.
• Strong portfolio of residential, commercial or hospitality projects.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

• Handle all Submissions to abudhabi/alain authorities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure or certification (e.g., NCARB, NCIDQ) is highly valued.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in architectural and interior design projects.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
