Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Experience contributing to early-stage design on medium to large projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit; familiarity with Rhino SketchUp AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural concepts across residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Support senior architects in shaping briefs through analysis and client collaboration.
• Produce sketches diagrams 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent.

Job description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Architect III to lead and contribute to the Architectural Design Team. This role requires a creative design thinker with exceptional architectural design and technical skills a deep understanding of project visioning and a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through to schematic design phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of architectural concepts across a variety of project types (residential commercial hospitality mixed-use etc.).
• Support senior architects and design leads in shaping design briefs through research analysis and collaboration with clients and consultants.
• Produce high-quality design outputs including sketches diagrams 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with junior team members by sharing knowledge assisting with design tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to review feasibility and assist in transitioning concepts into detailed design stages.
• Stay informed on architectural trends materials and technologies applying them to enhance design quality.
• Participate in client meetings design workshops and presentations as part of the project team contributing to discussions and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture ( / or equivalent).
• Minimum 8years of professional experience
• Proven ability to contribute to early-stage design on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit as a core design and documentation tool; skilled in complementary software such as Rhino SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD. Knowledge of parametric tools (e.g. Grasshopper) is an advantage.
• Strong freehand sketching visual communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well within multidisciplinary teams.
• Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices and ability to integrate them into project work.
