Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Architect/Facility Planner to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and planning effective facility layouts that enhance operational efficiency and meet the needs of our clients across various industries.

Your expertise will play a significant role in creating functional spaces that not only adhere to aesthetics but also comply with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational needs and design requirements
• Develop comprehensive facility layouts and architectural designs
• Prepare accurate drawings specifications and project documentation
• Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations
• Ensure compliance with zoning building codes and safety regulations
• Work with engineers contractors and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
