Job summary

OnTime HealthCare Services in Dubai seeks an experienced Architect to develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and coordinate with consultants from design to completion. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with knowledge of 3D visualization tools considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• 2-5 years of architectural experience preferred in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
• Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority procedures.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design proposals, layouts, and space planning.
• Prepare detailed drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design and other consultants.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and coordination; manage document control.
• Attend project meetings and provide architectural input as required.
• Support site execution with regular site visits and clarifications.
