Architect Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
• Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client\'s needs.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
• Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
• Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or a related field (Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s preferred).
• Previous 4+ years experience as an Architect (preferred).
• Excellent technical drawing and design skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong design, construction documentation skills.
• Specialization skills: Architectural Designer Engineering, Documents, Designer (or similar), + Up.
• Designer skills: Architectural Design, Landscape Design, Exterior Design, Interior Design; Blender and related visualization tools (or equivalent).
• Visualization skills: CGI, virtual walkthrough, 3D rendering, 3D image, 3D animation, 3D models (+ Up).
• Software: ArchiCAD (+ Up), BIM (+ Up), Twinmotion (+ Up), Affinity tools (+ Up), Google Workspace (+ Up), project management software (+ Up).
• General graphics, images, and video software skills (+ Up).
• Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards; strong creative and visualization skills.
• Willingness to relocate/c commute to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Designers & Engineers Skills

• Architectural Design; Interior/Exterior/Landscape; Digital visualization and detailing.
• Blender or similar visualization tools; ArchiCAD proficiency; BIM readiness.
