ARCHITECTURE DEPT : ARCHITECT

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Experience: 7 - 10 years of professional experience in architecture, preferably in the UAE or GCC region. Internships or academic projects related to architecture will also be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is a plus.
• Design Skills: Strong conceptual and technical design abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present ideas and designs.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in the UAE. Familiarity with sustainable design practices (LEED, Estidama, etc.).
• Key Attributes: Creative and innovative thinking with a strong passion for architecture and design. A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and learn from senior team members. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
