Job summary

Azizi Group in Dubai seeks an Architect - BIM to join our Design Studio. You will develop creative design concepts for hotel projects and coordinate with visualization teams to deliver compelling BIM models.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong BIM modeling skills, and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. You will collaborate with senior architects and adapt to fast-paced, design-driven projects.

Qualifications

• Support the preparation of design documentation and presentations for client reviews.
• Coordinate with visualization teams to create compelling graphics and animations when needed.
• Ensure designs adhere to project briefs local regulations and sustainability goals.
• Maintain organized documentation of design ideas iterations and feedback.
• Knowledge and experience with latest AI design tools

As a Architect - BIM reporting to the Head of Hospitality and based in our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of hotel projects for Azizi Developments spanning from 4-star to 5-star properties.

Responsibilities include

• Assist in developing creative design concepts for architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.
