Job Summary : As an Architect at Apparel Group, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of brand stores within malls. You will be responsible for creating innovative and visually appealing store designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand project requirements and objectives.
2. Develop conceptual designs and layouts for brand stores in malls, ensuring they reflect the brand's image and meet functional requirements.
3. Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and renovation projects.
4. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective implementation of design plans.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions, identify challenges, and propose solutions.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and mall regulations to inform design decisions and ensure compliance.
7. Work closely with the project management team to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior architects and interns as needed.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in architectural design, preferably in retail or commercial projects.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
4. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
5. Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
6. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Familiarity with mall regulations and requirements in the UAE is a plus.
9. Located in Dubai or willing to relocate.
