Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with experience in landscape and pool design to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing developing and executing residential outdoor living spaces that include custom pools patios gardens hardscaping and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional landscape and pool designs that align with client needs site constraints and budget.
  
• Create conceptual drawings 2D site plans 3D models and presentation renderings.
  
• Collaborate with project managers construction teams and clients throughout the design and build process.
  
• Prepare construction documents details and specifications in accordance with industry standards.
  
• Conduct site analysis .
  
• Select materials plants lighting and finishes appropriate for outdoor environments.
  
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts clearly and professionally.
  
• Ensure design intent is maintained through construction with periodic site visits.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture Landscape Architecture or a related design field.
  
• 2 years of professional experience in outdoor design ideally in residential landscaping and/or pool design.
  
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD SketchUp Lumion Revit Adobe Creative Suite and/or Vectorworks.
  
• Strong understanding of outdoor construction methods drainage grading and plant selection.
  
• Excellent communication visualization and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  
• Knowledge of permitting processes a plus.
