Job summary

Property Finder in Dubai is seeking a commercially driven Business Consultant for New Business who speaks Arabic. You will identify, engage and convert high-value prospects, acting as a trusted advisor to understand client objectives and tailor solutions on propertyfinder.ae.

The role requires 3–5 years in consultative sales or related fields, with strong negotiation and CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in consultative sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in PropTech, digital media or SaaS is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a competitive sales environment.
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly and influence senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, objection handling and competitive positioning.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and qualify new business opportunities using market data, internal insights and industry knowledge
• Engage prospective clients through strategic outbound outreach, clearly articulating the commercial value of our solutions
• Understand each client’s business objectives and recommend the most suitable packages and solutions on propertyfinder.ae
• Build expert-level knowledge of our product portfolio, presenting and demonstrating offerings in a compelling, relevant way
• Apply a consultative sales methodology: thorough client research, tailored value propositions, confident objection handling and clear next steps
• Manage a pipeline of prospects with consistent, strategic follow-up, identifying key decision-makers and delivering a personalised experience at every touchpoint
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve outcomes that are commercially sound for the business and genuinely valuable for the client
• Use internal data, market intelligence and performance insights to continuously refine your approach
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client requirements are delivered accurately and efficiently
• Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and a strong foundation for long-term partnership
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date to support pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, contributing directly to company growth
