Job summary

Dr. Nutrition is seeking a Stock Controller Officer to ensure accurate inventory across our Dubai operations. The role involves monitoring stock levels, counts, and reporting, with close collaboration across warehouses, stores, purchasing, and other departments.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in stock control, strong numeracy, and proficiency in MS Excel. Arabic language skills are required, and UAE/GCC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse, or a similar role.
• Must Speak Arabic.
• Experience with inventory management systems and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or distribution experience are preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track stock movement, transfers, receipts, and dispatches.
• Coordinate with warehouses, stores, purchasing, and other departments.
• Identify damaged, missing, expired, or slow-moving stock and report accordingly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions.
• Monitor stock availability and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
• Assist with stock audits and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and policies.
