Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment and Contract Staffing Agency is looking for an Arabic-speaking Legal Counsel in Dubai. The role requires a law degree with 5+ years in commercial practice, preferably within technology, IT, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity or infrastructure, and strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Arabic is essential. Independence and stakeholder management are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) with 5+ years in commercial legal practice.
• Experience in technology, IT, telecom, cloud, cybersecurity or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and technology agreements.
• Support multinational operations and cross-border transactions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE commercial and corporate laws.
• Provide business-friendly legal advice to internal teams and partners.
