Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in the UAE is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport items to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across urban routes.

You will follow assigned routes and schedules, adjust for traffic or weather, maintain delivery documentation, and perform basic vehicle checks. This role includes a company-provided vehicle and fuel, with 6 days of work per week and 8–10 hour shifts. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Strong verbal communication to interact with customers and dispatch teams.
• Ability to handle unexpected issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods safely to customers' homes or businesses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adjusting for traffic or weather conditions.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage and confirmations, and document issues encountered.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs or incidents to management.
