Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead and manage high-rise construction projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, specifically within the context of multi-story residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of high-rise construction projects, from pre-construction to handover
• Develop and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met
• Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety compliance
• Monitor daily progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure adherence to specifications and schedules
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Ajman Municipality, civil defense, and other regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality assurance and timely delivery of all project milestones

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with proven track record in high-rise construction projects in the UAE
• Strong understanding of structural systems, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project lifecycle
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Ajman
• Proficient in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
• UAE driving license preferred
