Qualifications

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Vigilance over CCTV monitors to detect criminal or undesirable activity.
• Maintain CCTV equipment in good working condition and log issues.
• Record incidents in the Security log Book and alert supervisors.
• Coordinate with Security Manager and staff for follow-up actions.
• Respond promptly to alarms and lift-related issues via communication tools.
• Redeploy field officers as scheduled and report relief rosters.
