A leading automotive company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Logistics Officer to manage logistics operations for vehicle deliveries. The successful candidate will have expertise in UAE Customs systems and will ensure compliance with all regulations. Strong knowledge of Dubai Trade is required, along with a valid UAE driving license. This full-time position offers a salary range of AED3,500 to AED4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as logistics officer for 2 years.
• Holding UAE driving license is a must and own car is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Dubai Trade and UAE Customs systems.

Overview

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all logistics operations related to the receipt and delivery of vehicles to customers.


• Knowledge of Dubai Trade and the UAE Customs systems, ensuring smooth clearance processes.


• Supervise and manage customs guarantees, ensuring compliance with regulations.


• Follow up on exit documents with the required stamps from shipping companies to ensure proper procedures and protect the company from fines or penalties.


• Prepare and verify all vehicle exit documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.


• Coordinate with shipping lines and freight companies to arrange efficient import and export processes.


• Track vehicle movements from receipt until final delivery, ensuring timely operations without delays.


• Prepare regular reports on shipment status and customs procedures for management review.


• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customs authorities, shipping lines, and related entities to facilitate faster operations.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as logistics officer for 2 years.
