Job Description

Your passion and energy will be infectious as you welcome our guests and assist them during check-in and check-out.

Your natural, down-to-earth manner will help manage guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.

With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure procedures are followed accurately.

Managing payments will be second nature, and you will have excellent data entry skills to support accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities Include
  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, answering calls and providing a warm, timely welcome aligned with our brand standards.
  • Answer guest queries and provide information on promotions, room rates, activities, and local events to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure payments are processed according to cash handling procedures and manage reservations and cancellations efficiently.
  • Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Promote online presence and gather customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Address online guest feedback and explore improvement options.
  • Perform general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure smooth reception operations.
  • Maintain stock levels of supplies and stationeries.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints.
  • Ensure guest safety in line with safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Pay strong attention to detail, be flexible and agile, and able to work under pressure.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be proactive with excellent organizational skills and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS.
  • Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).
