Qualifications

Job Description

Your passion and energy will be evident as you welcome our guests and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Your natural, down-to-earth manner will help manage guest expectations efficiently in a fast-paced environment. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure all procedures are followed meticulously. Managing payments will come naturally to you, supported by excellent data entry skills for accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Greeting and welcoming guests, visitors, and suppliers; answering calls warmly and promptly in line with our brand standards.
  • Responding to guest inquiries, providing information on promotions, room rates, activities, and local events to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Processing payments accurately according to cash handling procedures and managing reservations and cancellations efficiently.
  • Identifying corporate leads and building long-term relationships.
  • Promoting online presence and encouraging customer feedback.
  • Monitoring online guest feedback and exploring improvement opportunities.
  • Carrying out general office duties such as correspondence, emails, and filing to ensure smooth reception operations.
  • Maintaining adequate stock of supplies and stationeries at the reception.
  • Communicating effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensuring guest safety in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.

You must have / be

  • At least one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing)
