Reporting directly to our Operations Manager, our Reception Team Leaders take responsibility for managing reception operations and leading the team to deliver exceptional service through practiced standards, policies, and procedures. Leading by example, you will demonstrate how to welcome and manage guests in a friendly, down-to-earth manner, taking great pride and attention to creating a service that our guests love.

What will I be doing
  • Train, guide, and coach your colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
  • Create a warm, welcoming experience, building rapport with repeat customers, and ensuring the team follows check-in and check-out standards and procedures.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Manage guest feedback and escalations effectively.
  • Handle payments according to company cash handling procedures and ensure shifts are properly closed and handed over.
  • Manage and update reservations and requests through Opera.
  • Set up, train, and implement front office procedures and practices.
  • Build good rapport with guests and resolve issues quickly to maintain high-quality customer service.
  • Stay informed about promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the area to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Identify corporate leads and monitor online mentions.
Requirements
  • A passion for great customer service
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Flexible, agile, and able to work under pressure

  • Ability to work and lead a team with a customer-oriented approach

Experience
