Job summary

Trust Outsourcing is looking for an experienced Arabic editorial lead to oversee local and international news coverage across digital platforms. You will manage the editorial cycle from ideation to publication, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and compliance with linguistic, legal, and ethical standards.

You will coordinate with English editors and other teams, assign tasks, review content, and drive audience engagement through compelling headlines and SEO, while mentoring editors, writers,

Qualifications

• Must lead an Arabic editorial team across digital platforms.
• Proven track record delivering on-time news with low error rates.
• Strong understanding of editorial policies, legal and ethical standards.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily publishing plans, breaking news coverage, and analytical reports for the Arabic platform.
• Assign and monitor tasks for Arabic editors, writers, reporters, proofreaders, and content creators.
• Review and approve content, headlines, SEO, visuals, and overall editorial quality.
• Ensure adherence to editorial policies, style guidelines, and legal/ethical standards.
• Coordinate closely with the English editorial, Design, Multimedia, Social Media, and Technology teams to share and adapt relevant content.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance and training, and support freelancer recruitment when required.
• Participate in editorial planning meetings and contribute to weekly, monthly, and annual content calendars.
