Bright Learners Private School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Arabic Language Teacher to deliver engaging Arabic instruction aligned with UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will bring innovation to their teaching practices, foster a love for the Arabic language, and actively contribute to the broader school culture through meaningful involvement in events, activities, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative and engaging Arabic language lessons in alignment with MOE standards.
• Design and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of both native and non-native Arabic speakers.
• Use active learning strategies and technology integration to enhance student engagement and language acquisition.
• Promote Arabic language and UAE culture across school-wide activities and national celebrations.
• Monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and subject specialists to support cross-curricular integration of Arabic.
• Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding learning goals and progress.
• Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and cultural appreciation.
• Actively participate in school life, including student events, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives.
• Contribute to school-wide literacy goals by supporting Arabic reading and writing programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Arabic Language or Arabic Education (Master s preferred)
• Recognized teaching qualification/license as required by the UAE MOE
• Strong knowledge of the MOE Arabic Curriculum Framework and current best practices
• Ability to communicate clearly in the English Language (Written and spoken).
• Experience in applying innovative instructional strategies and educational technology
• Proven classroom teaching experience

Preferred Experience

• Experience in bilingual or international school settings
• Familiarity with MOE Arabic assessments and data-driven instruction
• Ability to adapt teaching to include project-based learning and STEAM approaches
• Experience organizing or participating in cultural events and student-led initiatives

• Submit lesson plans on time and execute them to the highest standard of instructional quality
