Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a qualified kindergarten teacher to plan and deliver play-based Arabic language lessons within the MOE Kindergarten framework. You will foster a safe, inclusive classroom that supports cognitive, social, emotional and physical development.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, 2+ years of KG teaching, and a UAE teaching license or eligibility. Excellent communication with families and collaboration with staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience teaching in Kindergarten/Early Years.
• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic.
• Valid UAE Teacher's License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Knowledge of Early Years development milestones and MOE KG curriculum standards.
• Excellent communication with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a KG team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons in Arabic and early learning areas per MOE Kindergarten framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment supporting holistic development.
• Observe, document and assess children's progress using age-appropriate tools.
• Communicate regularly with parents about development, routines and concerns.
• Establish consistent routines for arrival, dismissal, meals, rest and transitions.
• Collaborate with KG Coordinator, teaching assistants and staff to plan centers and units.
• Identify children needing additional support and liaise with Inclusion/SEN team.
• Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of all children at all times.
• Maintain attendance, incident and development records per KHDA requirements.
• Participate in assemblies, events, CPD and parent engagement.
