Apt Resources is looking for an Arabic / French speaking Receptionist to join our client's office at a multinational trading company. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to both local and international visitors and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the office.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in Arabic and French, and provide information as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Assist other departments with project-related tasks as required

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and French (both spoken and written)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
