Job summary

Aurora Prime Investment in Dubai seeks an experienced Content Manager to lead planning, development, and optimization of content across its real estate portfolio. You will shape messaging for projects, developments, investment opportunities, and brand storytelling in both English and Arabic.

The role requires strong copywriting, social media expertise, and the ability to translate complex project information into engaging content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, English, Arabic, or related field.
6–8+ years of experience in content management, digital marketing, social media, communications, or related role.
Experience in UAE real estate, property development, luxury real estate, hospitality, architecture, or related industry is highly desirable.
Fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent Arabic copywriting and editorial skills.
Excellent English copywriting and communication skills.
Strong understanding of UAE social media audiences and digital marketing trends.
Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication.
Experience with content management and social media scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with the brand and real estate objectives.
Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars.
Develop content pillars for projects, corporate communications, investment, lifestyle, and brand storytelling.
Identify content opportunities based on market trends, launches, events, and priorities.
Ensure messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity consistency across channels.
Write content for social media, websites, project pages, brochures, campaigns, emails, press releases, corporate communications, launches, and investor materials.
Develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, captions, headlines, scripts, and storytelling formats.
Create and manage Arabic and English content, ensuring natural, culturally appropriate Arabic.
Review and proofread content before publication.
Manage social media content calendar and publishing schedule.
Coordinate content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
Work with videographers/photographers to develop visual content.
Monitor trends and identify opportunities for brand-appropriate content.
Manage community engagement and coordinate responses.
