Brookfield Asset Management Inc. in Dubai is seeking an Arabic-speaking Communications Manager to lead content, media relations and project management across the Middle East. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and the role demands strong editorial skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

The position reports to the Head of Corporate Communications for India and Middle East and offers exposure to Brookfield’s global communications framework in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in communications (agency or in‑house).
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is mandatory.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting content across digital and social channels.
• Organized and reliable with ability to manage multiple priorities across geographies.
• Experience working with media in the Middle East, ideally with exposure to financial services.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit high‑quality content across formats (transactions, executive comms, memos, social content).
• Support development of owned content across channels (website, intranet, social, video, newsletters).
• Identify opportunities to promote Brookfield’s brand and thought leadership; support events in the Middle East.
• Ensure content aligns with Brookfield tone, brand standards and priorities.
• Provide writing and editorial support to senior stakeholders and business teams.
• Plan and execute communications across the Middle East; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate workflows with internal teams and external partners; support multimedia content development.
• Support proactive and reactive media engagement; respond to inquiries with Legal/business teams.
• Draft and manage press materials (releases, Q&A, briefing docs, talking points).
• Build relationships with key journalists and media outlets; assist in reputation management.
