Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language & Literature or equivalent with recognised teacher qualification.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience at primary or secondary level.
• International school experience in Dubai is desirable.
• English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6+.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver structured Arabic A lessons appropriate to middle school learners.
• Develop reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
• Apply knowledge of Arabic Language & Literature to create meaningful classroom experiences.
• Support progression between age groups using prior teaching experience.
• Assess student attainment and adjust instruction with targeted support.
• Create engaging activities that foster participation and language confidence.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate varying attainment levels.
• Maintain records of assessment, progress, and intervention.
• Use educational technology to strengthen lesson delivery and engagement.
• Communicate with parents about progress and areas needing attention.
• Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum delivery and planning.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school life.
