Job description

The role is to teach students key aspects of the Arabic curriculum and demonstrate excellent pedagogical knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and be capable of working with a diverse range of students, from beginners to those needing to be challenged. The successful candidate will be proficient and experienced in teaching Arabic A & B at the Secondary level.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Arabic or Arabic and Islamic Studies with a teaching license/MOE or KHDA approval or equivalent.
  • KHDA Approval to teach Arabic A in Secondary.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience teaching Arabic A in British schools.
  • Experience teaching IGCSE/GCSE is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience with inquiry-based or ecological learning is a plus.
  • A proven track record of outstanding teaching and the ability to create a caring, nurturing classroom environment.
