Arab Senior Recruitment Consultant

On behalf of our client, a multinational oil and gas company based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit an Arab Senior Recruitment Consultant. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Talent Management, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing and maintaining networks of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
2. Screening and referring candidates for interviews.
3. Working with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
4. Liaising with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, duties, qualifications, and skills.
5. Performing reference and background checks of potential candidates.

The successful applicant must be a resident of the UAE and have a minimum of 3 years of experience within the oil, gas, or power industry, working either in-house or in an agency. Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English and be prepared to travel within the GCC.
