Job summary

ApplyMint in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking an AR Accountant to manage customer receivables, collections, reconciliations, and rebates. You will coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure timely collections and maintain accurate ageing analyses.

The role requires a CMA/Inter CA or a Master’s in Accounting/Finance with at least 3 years of AR experience in FMCG. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is essential; SAP HANA is a plus. The position is full-time in Sharjah.

Qualifications

• Must have CMA, Inter CA, or Master’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in FMCG, UAE experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge; SAP HANA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer receivables, collections, reconciliations, claims, deductions, credit/debit notes, and rebates.
• Manage customer statements, ageing analyses, and follow-ups with Sales, Commercial teams, and customers.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions while ensuring timely collection of balances.
• Prepare receivables, collection, ageing, rebate, and management reports for month-end closing.
