Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a closely related field from a recognized university.
• Relevant professional and/or industry experience.
• Prior university-level teaching experience.
• Ability to teach Fundamentals of Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and related subjects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated commitment to high-quality teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality teaching and contribute to curriculum delivery.
• Coordinate courses and participate in assessment activities.
• Advise students and assist with course coordination.
• Participate in accreditation-related activities and departmental service.
• Engage in professional community service and development.
