Qualifications

• PhD, DBA, or master’s degree with specialization in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• PhD or DBA required to teach upper-level undergraduate courses.
• Professional experience in operations, logistics, or related industries preferred; university-level teaching is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Teach Operations Management and related undergraduate courses (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Service Operations, Introductory Business Analytics).
• Integrate professional and academic experience with syllabus and deliver applied instruction under supervision of a course coordinator.
