Job summary

Revolut Ltd in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to own the AI product roadmap from conception to launch, collaborating with Design, Engineering and Data teams to deliver customer-ready features.

You will lead NLP and AI initiatives, drive cross-functional programs, set goals and metrics, and communicate with senior management to advance Revolut's fintech platform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and launching AI products/features from scratch.
• Strong analytical and technical acumen with business sense and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a data science or machine learning role.
• Experience owning machine learning projects from design to implementation and iteration.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Knowledge of version control, model deployment, and developer environments.
• Entrepreneurial drive and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver impactful AI features.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build and deploy NLP and AI solutions (AI assistants, automation).
• Set team goals, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Deliver measurable results for sophisticated products in a fast-paced environment.
