Qualifications

• 8 years in mobile engineering (iOS, Android or React Native).
• Hands-on leadership with track record building shared mobile platforms.
• Experience with security SDKs, secure storage and session handling.
• Experience delivering high-velocity releases in scaling environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product and design.

Responsibilities

• Ship and stabilise Core Banking mobile apps and PFM integrations.
• Build shared design system, UI kits, and localisation/Rtl frameworks.
• Define CI/CD pipelines and release cadence; ensure banking-grade stability.
• Mentor senior mobile engineers and enforce code quality.
• Collaborate with AI and backend teams for seamless integrations.
