Job Description:

Client Introduction:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Purpose:

Provide intermediate technical support to optimize performance and user satisfaction for IT applications across the application lifecycle, in line with defined protocols to support achievement of IT operational excellence across the Group.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Knowledge in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications, including experience with databases, operating systems, networking, and web technologies.
  3. Proficiency in scripting languages and familiarity with automation tools and frameworks for application deployment, configuration management, and monitoring.

Overall Experience:

  1. 4 years experience in the Securities / Stock Exchange, within similar operations.

Technical Skills:

  1. Good troubleshooting skills.
  2. Knowledge in web services APIs.
  3. Knowledge in .NET programming.
  4. Knowledge in automating services.
  5. Knowledge in writing eServices and Business Process Management codes.
  6. Good knowledge in writing/optimizing DB SQL statements.
  7. Proficient with Agile methodology, continuous integration, and continuous development pipelines.
  8. Experience with configuring and running CI/CD pipeline management and release management is a plus.
  9. Understanding and supporting Document management systems, preferably OpenText DMS.
  10. Experience or knowledge with Front End and Back End website support - Sitecore Next JS technologies preferred as well as C# based technologies.
  11. Experience in SharePoint is a plus.
  12. Proficient with Customer Relationship management tools such as D365 is preferable.
  13. Proficient with API management and support, preferably with previous experience with Software AG technologies.
  14. Good understanding of mobile app support and proficient with React Native for Android and iPhone preferred.
  15. Experience with any software applications support.
  16. Good understanding and experience with setting up, configuring, and using alerting monitoring systems, preferably Dynatrace, SolarWinds.
  17. Experience with live ticker data, live data, and data streaming concepts and technologies is a plus.
  18. Proficient with scripting and automation tools.
