RAKBANK is seeking a dynamic Application Support Analyst for its Dubai Silicon Oasis team. The role involves providing functional and technical support for Trade Finance applications, managing incidents, and collaborating with vendors and users to enhance banking solutions.

Now, We’re looking for a dynamic Application Support Analyst-Eximbills- to join our team at Dubai Silicon Oasis, where you'll lead the way in ensuring issues are properly documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved promptly in accordance with Service Level Agreements, while strictly adhering to RAKBANK IT & Business guidelines and compliance requirements.
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for providing effective functional and technical support for Trade Finance applications. This includes ensuring issues are properly documented, tracked, addressed, and resolved promptly in accordance with Service Level Agreements, while strictly adhering to RAKBANK IT & Business guidelines and compliance requirements. The role also requires close collaboration and effective communication with business users and software vendors to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
What you will do:
Deliver comprehensive functional support for wholesale banking systems, with a focus on treasury, trade finance, and cash management, ensuring seamless integration and optimal operation.
Manage and resolve incidents related to application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Oversee the configuration and customization of applications to meet business requirements.
Manage relationships with application vendors, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely resolution of issues.
Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering to support application enhancements and new implementations.
Develop and implement IT disaster recovery plans for wholesale banking applications, ensuring data availability and system resilience.
Provide adequate training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the banking applications.
Develop and maintain management information reports and dashboards using relevant tools.
Anticipate application problems and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and performance.
